Enjoy a family friendly afternoon experiencing the joy of wellness and discovering the wonderful resources our area has to offer.
Under the guidance of a certified nutritionist, the Wee Warrior children will be teamed up with residents from Sundale Nursing Home for a special “Friendsgiving” event. Together, the children will work with aging members of our community to create a healthy Thanksgiving treat they can enjoy together. During that time, they’ll also be participating in gratitude activities and games with the residents.
The Giosi WOD is a fitness competition that serves as the benchmark fundraiser for Forgiven Warrior. It is both an in-person local event, as well as an online national leaderboard. Last year, hundreds of individuals participated at gyms all over the country and world, showing Jeff’s remarkable impact and reach.
Forgiven Warrior is a non-profit organization that promotes holistic wellness in North Central West Virginia.
